https://github.com/satRdays/satRday_site_template/blob/195a888a54b65396c2fc5924093206d67cd731cb/config.toml#L81 is misleading.

This guidance should instruct the oraganising team to put a new image in their root folder and utilise hugos theme overide mechanics
