Auto complete other field

I tested your plugin.
I have another idea in my mind
In your add-on, when we write a word, add-on shows the related word and allow autocomplete.
I was wondering if there is a way when I fill a field with a word, other fields complete automatically.

I want to describe this by using the ID number. In the government database, when you write an ID Number of a person, other information of that person appears.
so in anki, we can do the same
upload a database and use its data to fill other fields automatically as we click in a suggestion that the add-on provides.
