Unable to get the app up and running even after following the Kyma deployment tutorials

Hi @slavipande Svetoslav, I had contacted you recently regarding the Kyma deployment of our SAP UI5 app on the HTML5 repository on BTP. We are using the managed app router and have not defined one ourselves. The destinations have been configured and the metadata loads when we try the endpoint directly however, the app still does not load.

Here are the issues we are facing after following your tutorial exactly:

Initial loading of metadata failed even though the metadata is loading fine when we check in the network tab:

What could be the issue?

@Protozet is there any call to /processor happening in the network tab? also can you double click and open this metadata and share the output of it ?

Also are you using the incident management where you are getting this error or it is something else ?

@gopalanand333 No we are not using the incident management app. This is an app developed by us.
