On creating a new organization, mail is not getting sent #4227

My SMTP credentials are working fine from other systems. But, mails are not getting sent from my setup.
Below is my SMTP configuration:

"Email": {
    "smtp": {
      "from": "[email protected]",
      "host": "smtp.gmail.com",
      "port": 587,
      "secure": true,
      "requireTLS": true,
      "user": "[email protected]",
      "password": "my-app-password"
    }
  },

I have also tried with "requireTLS": false, but it is not working. Please help.
