Feature: Tooltips on hoover

Currently when putting caret in code line at the bottom status bar of the SB window detailed information about the opcode is displayed.
It would be useful to have same info displayed in form of tooltip popup if cursor is hoovered motionless over any line.

I think standard 'tooltip' feature can be used here.
There should be no performance impact, if information about the code line, is gathered when popup is about to be displayed.
