Heroku on the free plan suspends the app after an hour of inactivity. I already have access to Red Hat sponsored OpenShift account.

Since I'm not very proficient in OpenShift, I'd like some help figuring out how to run Fedora-based images there (because the app needs at least Python 3.7 and Fedora ships the latest versions of CPython).
