Bulk update view

(This is an idea issue. This should be a place for discussion, and then individual issues are filed for each outcome of the discussion)

There should be a view (or set of views), where a user can bulk-update contacts. Note: this doesn't necessarily mean "set all fields on all contacts to the same value", it means "present a view which allows a user to go through a list of contacts and just edit the chosen field for those contacts individually"

Some ideas on this:

• Ability to bulk-add tags
• Ability to bulk-edit fields
