I cherry-picked the commits from the
jimsmodsbranch to ajimsmods-maint-3.0branch becausejimsmodsis based off master, meaning a pull request fromjimsmodswould have pulled in all of the master branch too. Please take a look and make sure this looks like it has the stuff we need to build; I can also give it a test run to make sure it works.
