Can't use Aspera connect for downloads

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

pysradb download -t 8 --use_ascp -p SRPXXXXXX

Count not find aspera at: C:\Users\BiomedicLJZ\.aspera
Install aspera-client following instructionsat https://github.com/saketkc/pysradb/README.rst for faster downloads.
You can supress this message by using `--use-wget` flag
Continuing with wget ...

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: tried on Windows 11 and Ubuntu 22.04
  • Python version 3.8

Additional context
Aspera connect no longer installs in a .aspera folder wheter it its installed by one user of all users
the current folder for that is C:\Program Files\IBM\Aspera Connect\bin\ on windows

@BiomedicLJZ it might help solve the problem quicker if you could also post the error message you see for Ubuntu.
