Have you tried it more than once? The incomplete transfer error means the network transaction reached timeout or has been closed by the server prematurely. Typically this means a transient networking error, and there are good chances that a next attempt or trying from another network will be successful.

If you keep experiencing this error, first I recommend to update the package:

remotes::install_guithub('saezlab/OmnipathR')

And then post here a log trace:
