Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is quite tedious to setup a gradle structure when developing NMS Plugins or libraries with a multi module setup.

Describe the solution you'd like
The template should cover those scenarios as well. Maybe provide a multi module setup by default and if needed only use the bukkit module.

Additional context
The Silthus/art-framework already has this setup. Just needs to be transferred here.
