Update to 1.20.1 request

So I am currently building a mod pack that involves heavy trading and economy between players. I was looking for a mod that would limit block placements (specifically storage items like chests, barrels and shulker boxes) to keep the flow of economy by limiting the amount of storage each person can hold before having to trade items to make room.
