Specify multiple processes to be paused? #22
Comments
+1. This would be helpful for games like v rising where there is a server process and a client process. |
Ah, is this why it doesn't work on Elden Ring? |
@zaggino quite possibly. Is there a EldenRingServer.exe or something similar that runs in addition to the client? |
Ah, it doesn't. Must be for some other reason then. |
My friend and I tried to pause Elden Ring and we weren't able to suspend the process. I suspect the Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) is blocking it because it also prohibits a lot of similar modifications like CPU affinity and process priority. @zaggino, you could try to disable or uninstall EAC and play in offline mode and see if that helps? |
I want to use this program for a couple different games, but I can't figure out how to get the "ProcessNameToPause" registry to work with multiple programs. I'm afraid to not specify anything because I find that sometimes other programs are paused rather than the specific game I want. Thanks for this tool!
