Should we include the log of the meeting in the issue after the meeting is concluded?

Since I'm not going to be able to make it to the meeting, I'll expand. We've been leaving summaries of what we've decided upon, but we don't make it easy to see exactly what was discussed. Having the entire log after the summary would let anybody interested to actually look at what our exact words were. This way we look less opaque in our decision-making process.

Since enough people couldn't make it to the meeting slot on 2017-02-27, we decided to bump this meeting back a week and instead discuss all these items on 2017-03-06. See you then! ✨

With US daylight savings coming up, we should make a note about how our meeting time tends to follow US time zones, even though EU daylight savings doesn't start until two weeks afterward.

• With steve not in the meeting but frewsxcv and imperio in we decided to bump the meeting time back an hour for successive meetings, due to US daylight savings. Successive meetings will be at 19:00 UTC. imperio can't make it but EU daylight savings is two weeks later so he can sit out until then
