Enhancement - Add support for custom Powershell JEA(just enough administration) Endpoints?

By default plugin use default PowerShell endpoint and this can't be changed.

Idea behind is to have dedicated user for WinRM connection that will connect to a dedicated JEA end-point on remote Windows nodes and limit user to execute only specific cmdlets/modules as per Microsoft documentation:
