Again, builds on Backend issue (#1) but full text search is required.

This would suggest that elastic search is the best option. I did have a quick look at the existing ES Wordpress modules but they seem very much targeted towards full text search of the blog. Perhaps a hook could be leveraged into them?

A custom page/template needs to be put into this as well to provide a UI to the system.
