More Growl notifications

Growl support in Shakespeer is useful, but limited. It would be much more
useful if more events were implemented, such as for all chat, downloads,
uploads and so on.

All notifications you mention are already implemented:

Maybe they are not activated in your Growl installation, check the prefpane for this.

The types of thing I meant were: Starting as well as finishing uploads and downloads
and recieving new messages in main chat (not just those containing my nick).
