Wouldn't it be grand if the plugin could automatically create a base box for you?

I have the publisher work somewhat there, I need JENKINS-13118 to be resolved to get the right ordering of the publisher so I can run it before the "Archive Artifacts" post-build step

Add a publisher to package up the generated box

Enabling this post-build step means the wrapper will not destroy the machine,
but the publisher will take over responsibility for that instead.

Some of the basic work for this has been completed, need to investigate the recent order work that @kohsukekawa and @cowboyd worked on.
