Build and test for Linux/ARM64

Description

For aarch64 platform, I have built " Shiny " from source.

Steps

Following STEPS were used for the building and installation:

$ git clone https://github.com/rstudio/shiny.git  &&  cd shiny/ 

$ git checkout v0.5.0 

$ R 

    > install.packages("shiny") 

    > system("R CMD build .") 

    > install.packages("shiny_0.5.0.tar.gz", repos = NULL, type = "source") 

    > library(shiny) 

    > packageVersion("shiny") 

Outcome

To validate that the build was successful we ran version Check. The version info returned matched the expected value(s).

packageVersion("shiny") 

[1] '0.5.0'
