How to use pro icons.. kit installation?

Are there no functions to integrate the fontawesome kit? Because pro icons can only be used with a kit. While I can generate the kit there doesn't seem to be a native R way to use the kit. Is this something fontawesome package isnt supposed to help with? If not a native R documentation leading us to use the pro kit would be super helpful.
