Copy/Paste not working

Hello! I have read through multiple threads about issues with copy/paste settings but was unable to make it work.

I tried doing the keyboard shortcut for cmd + shift+ c and the Command Sequence LRCopy and LRPaste but nothing seems to work.

Anyone have an answer?
