Unassigned rows CC6 and CC38 arise when using more than one NRPN controller in the list

I'm using MIDI2LR 6.1.0.0 on a MacPro M1 with Lightroom classic 13.4.

My configuration file for develop is:

<settings>
  <setting channel="1" controller="201" command_string="Vibrance"/>
  <setting channel="1" controller="11" command_string="Exposure"/>
  <setting channel="1" controller="200" command_string="Temperature"/>
</settings>

The file is set as the profile for module develop in General Options.

If I change to this module, CC6 and CC38 arise as unassigned rows.

With configuration file

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<settings>
  <setting channel="1" controller="11" command_string="Exposure"/>
  <setting channel="1" controller="200" command_string="Temperature"/>
</settings>

the two additional rows do not arise.

Does anyone have an idea if it's a bug or misconfiguration?
