ROOD heeft steunleden en heeft daar een welkomstmail voor. De Socialisten willen ook steunleden gaan krijgen, maar de welkomstmail is nu te specifiek voor ROOD. Deze moet aanpasbaar zijn voor de Socialisten.

Zie #169 voor inspiratie hoe dit opgelost kan worden.

Bonuspunten: grijp deze issue aan om elke mailtemplate overschrijfbaar te maken.

Bonus bonuspunten: maak de welkomstmails aanpasbaar in de UI.
