Install systems on disks

Win10 (Win10 Pro, paid version with license):
- format on Mac "GUID for UEFI"
- then format on Windows NTFS
- use WinToUSB legacy version (with license)
Launched from USB key Windows 10/64GB
Mavericks (unpaid):
- created installation USB key, from Mac2011(Sierra), using the command line special command, and using MAVERICKS.dmg
- booted on this MAvericks installation key and installed on the disk
Example of command line: sudo /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ El\ Capitan.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/MyVolume --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ El\ Capitan.app
Windows7 (unpaid):
- cloned another USB key which had working Windows 7 on it
Under xubuntu on USB key, Mac2011(Sierra)
used dd if= of=, restarted, then grown the partition to 250GB using gparted
Xubuntu-20: for beeing able to save the Catalina as iso

To see contents of iso on linux: there is a command line to mount them

Linux: after rebasing branch bluelab over the iPlug2 linux branch, IPlugControls compiles and executes, but all the texts are reversed
