CoreJS Interview Yes/No marks into Feedback

What is wrong
During the interview, I, as a mentor, did not have the opportunity to mark the question with a NO value on the feedback form

but in Feedback, a result with a value of NO sometimes appears.

What I want to say is that if “Yes” means that the student gave the correct answer to that question, then “No” means that the student doesn't know the correct answer.
And I want to be able to skip some questions if I didn't ask them, even if I selected those questions by mistake.
Right now on the interview report, selecting a question is reported as “Yes”, canceling it is reported as “No”, not selecting questions are skipped as not asked.
