Is this feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe it.

When setting up where to pull sources from, it is not possible to select the lookaside that is used. It still defaults to git.centos.org if the source tarballs and other binary files are not already in the lookaside. This increases the number of steps to do imports and builds currently as git.c.o is no longer available.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

In the settings, there should be a box to fill in the lookaside used. It could be a name (that forms a template), a new template, or URL in general.

Have you considered alternative solutions/features? If so, please describe them.
