I am deploying to Arc linux with nginx and php-fpm now.
What should be the directory where I should put the content of www and system folders ?

Sorry for the delay in reply. The directory I have used in my installation for the www is (your apache vhost file should be changed to reflect this):

/etc/osid/www/public_html/

and for system scripts:

/etc/osid/system/
