Create a first pass data model to describe the solution / project / components / etc.

I created a diagram with a first version of a model here

@hughie it would be great if you can take a look at that diagram and add your comments. If you like it, I can take a first pass to prototype it in Cento tomorrow.

Note that I tried to model only the most important aspects, not to be completely exhaustive. I think it is important to try with the most important things quickly so that we can see how it works out with the prototype.

After this first step, with the knowledge we learned from prototyping the first pass, we can do two things:

  • Perfect the data model with more details necessary that we find during prototyping
  • Look in more detail at using existing task management or project management systems that we can integrate into

@hughie thank you for your comments. I made a new version taking into account your comments. Some of them I agreed but others I made a counter-proposal. Please let me know what you think.

I will start working on a prototype that uses this model to be able to show it as an example, but I don't think I'll be able to finish it by tonight. I'll try and see how far I get.

@hughie I updated the data model diagram based on the discussion we had on #8. Could you please see if it makes sense to you?

I would also appreciate it if you can mark as "resolved" all of the comments in the document that you think we already agreed with. Thanks!
