I am trying to figure out where to connect it to the raspberry pi 3 but the link in the information is not working? Is there someone who can tell me how to connect this?

What specific problem do you have? Do you already have a working Homebridge setup?

I am having an working homebridge setup at the moment but when I click the link in the screen I get the following error
