Full error message below. I just installed cargo to try this out, so not sure if there are obvious implications here.

error: failed to run custom build command for `openssl-sys v0.9.98`

error: failed to compile `detectrms-rs v0.1.0 (/beevol/home/whitel/src/detectrms-rs)`, intermediate artifacts can be found at `/beevol/home/whitel/src/detectrms-rs/target`.
To reuse those artifacts with a future compilation, set the environment variable `CARGO_TARGET_DIR` to that path

Yeah this is a known bodhi issue. I had to create a special docker container to create a build environment for it. You are free to copy my precompiled binary from /beevol/home/kaufmanm/bin/detectrms

FYI: The special bodhi build container using detectrms as an example is at: https://github.com/rnabioco/bodhi-docker-env
Just in case you ever need to build it yourself.
