A lot of remixes have already been termed. It would be amazing to have an overview of what terms I like the most. I would imagine such an overview to look something like:

This feature would only work for tagged OC ReMixes, which might cause confusion for people that frequent the other channels as well.

If this is a welcome feature, I will try to create a PR to give you a head start (I am not familiar with Python but I am sure I will manage) .

We have had requests for arbitrary tags systems before, and yes the automated stuff would work for OCR, but we'd have challenges deploying it on the other stations.

Most of the challenge is not in the tagging itself, nor in what you've mocked in your screenshot, but it would require a lot of work in the submission and moderation systems, and the display of tags on an already crowded UI. (i.e. when, where, and how to display them)

It would require a lot of thought and some good solutions that would not put any burden on our already overworked staff.
