Check if all chunk::get_hash_values can skip invisible row

In #15696, skip_invisible_row is introduced in the get_hash_values to optimize chunks with low selectivity in visibility bitmap. But having not checked if there any place depend on the hash value invisible row, in some places it is disabled.
Need to check and enable it.
