oltp insert and bulk insert performance seems to be roughly the same under 1cn/3cn setting, +15% is this expected?

select random points: 1.2k vs 5.5k
select random limits: 1.2k vs (very fluctuating, cannot say a single number)
select random ranges: 1.9k vs 7k
oltp point select: 10k vs 23k

are they all expected, i.e. scale reasonably well? cc: @chenzl25

Maybe we need to take a look at the frontend/compute CPU utilization. And increase the thread number if there is no bottleneck.
