The VLSU is still not quite functional, but since we're planning a major rewrite of the LSU, I want to get this branch in ASAP. I've disabled the vector load and store tests so the regression is passing again. |

Refactored and updated @aarongchan's vector LSU implementation. Did a lot of code clean up in the LSU as well. Currently supports unit-stride and strided vector loads and stores.
Still working through some test failures, so opening this a draft PR for now.
