containsPointX and containsPoint functions should return INT instead of BOOL #1

Hi! Reading the docs of Clipper, this functions should return an int and not just a boolean:

int PointInPolygon(const IntPoint pt, const Path &poly);

Returns 0 if false, -1 if pt is on poly and +1 if pt is in poly.

I use the occasion to tell you how much you helped me with your wrapper. Thanks for the hours of work you saved me!
