If I want to run both individual samples and co-assembly, I would need to run it via 2 separate runs. Correct, I could, after running dREP, combine all the MAGS recovered from both runs. Also, if I want to run the complete pipeline using aviary recover, will I also perform QC, or should that be done prior to running aviary recover?
