Summary

In line with the issue mentioned in #37 , would be good if we can add a visual indicator that would show if the list is empty or the fetching of the list was not successful after the api call.

Basic example

A card with an Icon and indicator text would be good.

Motivation

When the issue is being encountered, the page will just be plain and empty. Catching the api error and showing it to the users would be good for the usability, so that they will know what had happened.
