Background

Propose the integration of a text chunker for the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) feature in the Bumblebee repository.

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario: Submit a pull request to integrate text chunker for RAG

• Given I have forked the Bumblebee repository and implemented text chunker integration in a feature branch
• When I submit a pull request to the Bumblebee repository with a clear description and context for the change
• Then the Bumblebee maintainers should receive the pull request that demonstrates the integration's benefits and use cases
• And the pull request should pass all existing continuous integration checks and include tests for the new functionality added.
