实时同步消息到第一级备份服务器
延迟一天同步消息到第二级备份服务器

同步如下：

同步对应频道的对应消息
- 需要建立频道映射表
同步建立的帖子
- 需要增加频道对应映射
同步建立的身份组和权限改动
- 需要建立身份组映射
需要同步文件和图片
本服务器映射到一级服务器，一级服务器映射到二级服务器。
webhook对应发消息者名称和头像。
以消息链接形式表现其回复的消息。
使用消息映射同步其发送的消息链接消息。（需要探测其是否为消息链接）
使用身份组映射同步其发送的身份组mention。
