[🚀] Allow to use androidx.savedstate in KMP once it goes stable

Saved state is now KMP-compatible. Once it goes stable, we can move the support for saving store state to the SavedStateHandle out of androidMain and add it to at least several more targets that the androidx artifact supports. Additionally, we'll need to integrate the new kx-serialization support to saved state.
