the branch is: pag-bnf-auth
last commit si: fix: utf-8 encoding in json file, and utf-8 encoding in console display

The command to generate the son file for the BNF is:
./marctojson.py data/bnf_100_samples.mrc do_bnf_auth_person -o bnf.json

note: without the '-o bnf.json' option, the json is display to the console
