Currently RP does not allow to use local as a valid TLD for SAML callback URL such as https://mydomain.local.

I propose adding local to allowed TLDs so the URL is valid:

DomainValidator.updateTLDOverride(DomainValidator.ArrayType.GENERIC_PLUS, new String[]{"local"});
...
UrlValidator.getInstance().isValid("https://mydomain.local") -> OK!
