Describe the feature request

A component to record keybind/codes to be later used by keydown and keyup events.

Why should this be added?

For making it easier for devs to implement some way to record keybinds to be later used in plugins

Additional information

There is already keybind component on discord which you can get by checking for prototype. The prototype should contain handleComboChange and cleanUp. But it's lazy loaded and appears only once you open settings.

• This is a feature request for Replugged itself, not a feature request for a plugin or theme
• I searched the issues to make sure this feature has not been requested before.
