Good question...if my recollection serves me, the idea was to indicate that pushing images to the replicated registry wouldn't be something you'd do if you were on the Builders plan (so for Helm only)

To clarify, were you asking if this page only applies to KOTS existing cluster installs specifically ? Want to make sure I understand what you meant by "KOTS only"
