Delays in sending data from the bot

Haven't used this tool for a long time. After a while, I decided to start my bot again and faced an almost instant crash of the program 5 seconds after recording.
Saw your commit 3 weeks ago with fixes. I added it to my project and faced delays in responses from the bot, which start from 1 minute. What is it connected with?

Hi @reo7sp , is there any investigation ever done regarding relation of #262 to #276 and #279 ? I don't see any techncal discussion or even success confirmation after reverting in both tickets. Do you have any further details?
