Publish Android apps on F-Droid

It'd be nice to give this option to people who:

• Prefer not to use the Google Play Store.
• Really need to be certain that the app hasn't been altered by Relaycorp/Google/NSA.
• Need to start using Relaynet during a blackout and already had F-droid installed (see Support the onboarding of users during an Internet blackout #1 and Support the onboarding of couriers during an Internet blackout #2). I expect this to be an edge case, though I could be wrong.

You don't provide any link on where to get the app so I cannot check, but a good starter could be attaching the (signed) APKs to their resp. releases – which would enable users to pick them without entering Google's walled garden. If conditions are met, I could then even add it to my F-Droid repo which often acts as "staging area" for apps on their way to F-Droid.org (though many also stay).

Noted - will keep it in mind when we get to work on this. I also agree it'd be good to add the signed APK to the GH releases. 👍🏾
