next redux wrapper ( HYDRATE ) Never run in SSR (Redux devtools)

Hello I am beginner in Redux toolkit and This is related with next redux wrapper for Nextjs SSR .
I can see it is called inside SSR in Terminal But I don't get the SSR state in component .
I always get initial state in my SSR page
