Allow the user to disable animations for the "Jump | Skip" buttons in the actions history.

The little flip animation on the "Jump | Skip" buttons was cute and delightful at first, but it quickly became frustrating to my workflow because the animation introduces a delay to access the buttons that is quite distracting when mousing over many items in a row.

I would love to have an option to disable the animation and just instantly show/hide the buttons.
