Web video caster extension not startable

The extension @ https://github.com/gamelaster/plugin.webvideocaster does not works correctly. It should pop up and request a value from the user. But when browsing extensions and triggering then there is no way to start it.
The only way to have it working is to put it in the favorites and trigger it from there.
