Selfcointained UI Prefab

Hi there,
I have tried RPM 2.0. Mainly using it in VR.
Checked out the sample project but found it's reusability slightly hard.

There are quite a few cross references. I understand that it's just a sample project but it would be helpful if we could reuse a self contained prefab.

Thanks, I didn't wanted to add dependency system - service locator pattern or dependency injection, but could be a good idea.
It would be a bit tricky without it, as camera zoom depends on camera, and game managers would have to be kept inside single prefab. If you have some suggestions, please let me know or you can create a PR for it.
